Who We Are
Founded in 2007, Town & Gown is an official support group of the UC San Diego Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation. Town & Gown seeks to integrate and engage residents of the region in the life of UC San Diego, to develop informed members who strengthen the university as its advocates, and to support the university through student scholarships. We host lively monthly lectures addressing the most interesting issues of our times, brought to you by the finest UC San Diego professors and researchers.
